These conditions govern reservations and stays at Hotel Brezza.
2. Reservations
Reservations can be made:

• via the website

• via email

• via external platforms (Booking, Expedia, etc.)

The reservation is considered confirmed only after:

• receipt of written confirmation

• possible payment of the deposit

3. Prices
Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and may vary based on:

• season

• availability

• promotional offers

Tourist tax is not included unless otherwise indicated.
4. Payments
Hotel Brezza accepts:

• bank transfer

• credit cards

• cash (within legal limits)

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking (e.g. 30%).
5. Cancellations
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate.
In general:

• Free cancellation up to 20 days before

• 50% withheld up to 10 days before

• beyond this deadline: total charge possible

6. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 am
Different times upon request and availability.
7. Living room

• The hotel is a B&B (bed & breakfast) facility

• No pets allowed (unless otherwise stated)

• Guests are required to respect the internal regulations

8. Wellness services (Swiss Thera Flow)
The wellness treatments offered:

• they do not replace medical services

• They are aimed at relaxation and general rebalancing

Participation is voluntary.
9. Responsibility
Hotel Brezza is not responsible for:

• personal items left unattended

• damage caused by improper use of structures

10. Changes
The hotel reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time.
11. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Italian law.
